Business suits teams responsible for several services or separate customer status pages. Set an escalation policy so an unacknowledged incident reaches a backup, and use single sign-on to manage access for up to 25 people. Check history stays available for 13 months.
Monthly billing is $79; yearly billing is $790 paid up front. Add extra check capacity when you reach 250 checks. At the member or status page limit, remove an unused entry or email us to discuss your needs. We do not add charges automatically.
The plan includes 1,000 SMS each month. After that allowance is used, purchased credits keep SMS running. Without credits, SMS pauses while email, phone calls and webhooks continue. History older than the retention period is removed; export what you need before then.
